8KW 8000W SOLAR OFF GRID KIT. NOW WITH UPDATED WI-FI INVERTER AND LATEST SPEC PANELS. Batteries are not included and must be added (48v min 500ah). On offer is an easy fit DIY off grid solar panel kit. This is an off grid DIY kit to produce solar power electricity and 8000w will power an average size house. Please note this is an off grid kit.. This means you have no mains electricity or an unreliable source of mains power (power keeps going off). It does not put power down the grid (see my grid tied listings for that) it will however connect to the grid if you wish to use the mains as backup. With this kit you generate your own electricity by solar and can use the power you make (even at night for as long as you have sufficient batteries to store the power) and you can be completey self sufficient for electricity. 8KW 8000w 240v output with 48v battery charging with generator/mains input. 14 x 410w Eurener solar monocrystalline high quality panels (this is the optimum amount to give the correct voltage and amperage but can be expanded for quicker battery charging if needed). 1 x Latest spec wifi inverter/charger, with mains/generator input. 1 x Solar cable kit with all DC isolator DC cables and connectors and plugs/y-pieces etc ready to fit. 1 x usb cable (to connect to a pc or laptop to monitor). 1 x installation sheet/dummies guide.
1 x software disc (for monitoring and control) (will also use bluetooth/WI-FI for monitoring). What it does not come with are batteries to store the power(48v) you will need to supply these yourself (either 8 x 6v/4x12v/24x2v) or i can quote on what you need. (The size of them depends on how long you want the power to last) best to call and speak to me. You will also need a way of mounting the Solar panels.. These can be on a roof, ground mounted, on a shed, caravan, fence etc etc.
I keep all types of mountings in stock or can advise on making your own simply from wood/unistrut/metal. To work out if this kit is big enough for your needs just add up the total wattage of all the appliances you need to run at any one time and this will give you your total power needs in kw.
